Brandon is a passionate advocate for the thoughtful repeal of cannabis prohibition and an entrepreneur with a successful history of managing and growing mission-driven companies. As CEO, Brandon is committed to building a world-class cannabis organization that is a great place to work, produces high quality products, and leads by example with progressive initiatives such a first of its kind social equity program.
Brandon fell in love with Maine during his time at Colby College and living in Portland after graduation. He now splits time between Massachusetts and Greenville Maine, where his fiancé Beth is from. In his off-time, he’s found fishing, skiing, and exploring Maine’s many rivers with his dog, Loon.

Nick is a serial entrepreneur who has worked with Brandon since they met at Colby College. After graduation, Nick moved to Portland Maine, and founded a sustainable water purification company called Blue Reserve. Nick entered the cannabis space in 2014, specializing in start-up development, fundraising, and financial management. At Theory, beyond serving as CFO, Nick leads the company’s brand-development and aesthetic direction, from retail interior design to product packaging. When not in meetings, you can find him rock-climbing in the mountains or chasing a southern Maine swell.
